GlaxoSmithKline chooses Indeprod to organise key corporate event

GlaxoSmithKline Nutritional Healthcare has selected Indeprod to organise its 2008 corporate briefing events for internal and external customers. In a radical new development, these events have been designed to provide the same brand experiences to both internal and external audiences.

The first session, on 18 - 20 September 2007, will be attended by GSK personnel, who will learn the company's plans for its brands and products during 2008. This will be followed by a ten-week series of presentations to GSK's customers.

Conceived by Indeprod's new creative director, Jan Obara, the events will feature a main plenary area from which tunnels will lead to specific brand zones. Each zone will reflect the character of the brand, bringing concepts and imagery from above-the-line to life.

Commenting on the forthcoming series of events, GSK's Commercial Planning Controller, Rachel Longhurst, said: 'This is a key event in GSK's calendar and we have put together an ambitious programme. We would not have entrusted its production and delivery to anyone other than Indeprod, with whom we have a long heritage of working.'
